After graduating from the University of Arizona with a degree in journalism, I moved to Los Angeles where I started writing feature articles and a monthly column for an international gaming magazine. After several years, I moved on to in-depth celebrity profiles, feature articles, and cover stories for various magazines and United Press International. I moved to Las Vegas and wrote for The Review Journal newspaper. I was recruited to work for a public relations firm where I wrote copy for various clients, including The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. After leaving that position, I became a business ghostwriter for clients around the world. Finally, I settled into writing fiction and nonfiction books, virtual speaking engagements, streaming, blogging, building websites, online marketing, search engine optimization, and podcasting. ‘The Writer’s Life Podcast with Mark Jacobson’ has listeners around the world.
